I came across Freedom From Diabetes through a seminar conducted at my workplace.

My Reversal Story
When I joined FFD, my HbA1c was around 6.4 with medication. Today, it is close to 6 without medicines, which itself was a big shift for me.
Within the first couple of months, I lost nearly 8 kg. My weight dropped from 78.1 kg to around 70 kg. More importantly, my digestion and gut health improved drastically.
My liver markers were also alarming earlier SGPT and SGOT were around 68. Today, they have come down to 19 and are completely normal.
Even my HDL ratio, which was earlier disturbed, is now back in the healthy range.

One of the biggest mental blocks I had was fasting. Like most diabetics, I believed that fasting was dangerous and that I needed to eat frequently.

I exercise regularly at home before going to the office.
I spend around 40–45 minutes daily doing strength exercises using dumbbells and follow guided exercise videos.
