My Diabetes Story
 

In 2016, an infection led me to a doctor – and to an unexpected diabetes diagnosis. I wasn’t surprised. My father had diabetes, and I had always known it might happen. But I made a decision right there: no medicines. I chose to control my diabetes with food, exercise, and mindset.

Why I Joined FFD

Though I knew how to manage diabetes, I lacked consistency. Travel, work, life – all of it would derail me. What I needed was structure and discipline. A friend introduced me to FFD.

I watched Dr. Tripathi’s videos, attended DRS, and knew this was the environment I was seeking. I joined the Holistic Transformation Program and gave it a full year of dedication.

Reversal Story

When I started, my HbA1c was 13. Gradually, it came down:  13 → 10 → 9 → 8 → 6.9

All without medication
. I stayed consistent with food, movement, and mindset – and took only basic supplements like B12 or D3.

Weight Loss and Fitness

At the time of joining, I was 90 kg. With FFD protocols, I came down to 76 kg, but felt some muscle loss.

So I shifted to strength training, worked out with discipline, and built back to 85 kg of leaner, stronger mass.  Now, I feel fit, energized, and strong again.

Rediscovering My Athletic Identity

I used to be a passionate cyclist, riding 100–120 km regularly.vDuring my weight loss phase, I paused due to weakness, but I’ve restarted now.
