I work as a construction manager in Larsen & Toubro’s quality department in Rourkela. My workdays stretch 12–13 hours, and that hectic lifestyle led to years of weight gain, lethargy, and zero routine. I wasn’t diabetic, but my reports showed pre-diabetic levels, and that worried me.

My Story Before FFD

Life was on autopilot; long working hours, irregular food habits, heavy non-veg intake, and no fitness. My weight touched 107 kg, and even my clothes stopped fitting within months.

Walking caused breathlessness, standing for long was difficult, energy crashed after meals, and bloating and sluggishness became routine. Confidence dropped; I didn’t feel in control of my body.

How I Found FFD

Our company forwarded an email about FFD’s HTP Program.

Out of curiosity, I attended, and that’s when I felt this is what I need. One structured system addressing food, fitness, fasting, and mindset.

My Reversal Journey

This is where my life truly shifted. I began consciously modifying my lifestyle, guided step-by-step by diet and exercise experts.

My weight dropped steadily from 107 kg to 95 kg and I’m still moving downward.

Earlier, just eating spicy food would leave me uncomfortable the next day; today, I eat mindfully, stay light, and remain active. I can walk, stand, and work comfortably, with confidence restored.

My Athletic Identity

I now go to the gym 5–6 days a week. I may not be perfect, but I show up and stay committed and that consistency has become my biggest strength.
