My Reversal Story
My journey began with a clear plan. I lost 10 kg between April and July, following the FFD guidance on diet, exercise, and routines.
I also tried the “Fast for Freedom” program for seven days. Initially, fasting felt impossible, but with the support of the doctors, dietitians, and clear protocols, I experienced it as smooth and surprisingly enjoyable.
During this period, I noticed my body feeling lighter and more energized, and I reduced 1.2 kg of weight.
