My Diabetes Story
I was diagnosed with diabetes almost 19 years ago. I didn’t have any symptoms, no thirst, no fatigue.
It came up during a routine blood test. I had a family history. My mother had diabetes so I wasn’t surprised.

How was FFD introduced and what made me choose it?
Due to my increasing medication burden and uncontrolled diabetes, My son Lipan started looking for a program that combined the support of a doctor, dietitian, and exercise.

At the time of joining, my HbA1c was 8.2. In just 3 to 4 months, I stopped my diabetes medication completely.
A follow-up test showed my HbA1c had dropped to 6.5. Earlier, I often felt tired and low in energy. Now, I feel much better, stronger and more active.

Athletic Identity
Before FFD, I didn’t have a fixed exercise routine. Now, I do 30–40 minutes of exercise every morning, along with walks and light stretches in the evening.

Current Lifestyle & Reflection
Today, I weigh 57 kg, down from 67 kg. My belly has reduced, and I no longer feel tired. I’m medicine-free, energetic, and focused on staying consistent with exercise and food.
My only concern now is gaining healthy weight and strength. I’ve requested my diet expert to guide me with this next step.
Inner Transformation
I haven’t attended many formal inner transformation sessions, but following the routine and staying active has helped me feel mentally lighter and more balanced.
