My Diabetes Story
I was diagnosed in 2018 at just 31, after sudden shooting pain in my soles. My lifestyle as a tech professional, long sedentary hours, stress, and unhealthy eating had caught up with me. I was also overweight, touching 82–89 kg at my peak. With a family history of diabetes, I knew I had to act fast.
How I Found FFD
In 2020, while living in the US, my wife discovered FFD. We were inspired by Dr. Pramod Tripathi’s message and joined the IRP-68 batch in March 2021.First Reversal Phase
