My diabetes story
I was diagnosed with diabetes after a medical examination to determine the cause of my fatigue. Fortunately, I don't have a family history, so it came as a bit of a surprise to me.
I've been taking medications for hypertension since 1995 and cholesterol since 2012. I have a bad habit of overthinking which cost me a lot.

Nine months after I joined FFD in July 2022, my body experienced amazing changes. I am very pleased that I only need 1/4th dose of my sugar medications. My 10 kg weight loss has been amazing. I joined FFD weighing 60 kg and am now 50 kg.
