Many colleagues had already benefitted and recommended it strongly. I joined mainly to lose weight and gain control over my lifestyle.

My Reversal Story (Weight Loss)
With FFD, I learned the fundamentals that I never knew before; glycemic index, smart carbs, food labelling, smoothie planning, wheatgrass, and the importance of structured meals.
Being a bachelor, following smoothies and FFD recipes was easy for me.
I lost 10 kg steadily and reached 68 kg, my ideal weight range in 4 months.
