My Diabetes Story

My diabetes diagnosis happened when I started experiencing extreme fatigue, constant sweet cravings, thirst, and occasional dizziness.

My doctor suggested that I should get my sugar levels checked. The results showed that my HbA1c had increased significantly, and I realized I had to take this seriously.

There is also a strong family history of diabetes in my family. My mother and my maternal grandfather both had it.

So I knew that if I didn't act early, it could worsen over time.

How I Discovered FFD

My Reversal Journey
