Hello all,
I'm Siddhant Ganeshkumar, a 3D artist based in Mumbai. My transformation with Freedom From Diabetes wasn’t loud, dramatic, or heavily documented but it was real, impactful, and quietly powerful.
Key Takeaways
- Lost 26 kg through FFD
- Built a sustainable routine after earlier failed attempts
- Feels lighter, more active, and better overall
Before FFD: Stuck in a Loop
I don’t exactly remember how I came across FFD, maybe through a video, maybe a recommendation.
But what I do remember is thinking, “I’ll try and see.”
That decision, simple as it was, put me on a path I hadn’t been able to walk on my own before.
I had tried to lose weight earlier, changing my diet, working out but nothing stuck. Either I didn’t see results, or I just lost motivation.
I knew I had gained weight, but I didn’t spend too much time thinking about why. Lifestyle? Maybe. Stress? Possibly.
But the weight kept building, and so did the fatigue.
FFD Experience – Quiet Discipline, Clear Progress
When I joined FFD, I weighed much more than I do now. Over time, I lost 26 kilograms. Yes, 26. No crash diets.
No overnight changes. Just consistency, structure, and a team that understood how real transformation works.
I can’t say I did everything FFD offers. I didn’t attend the Inner Transformation sessions or speak to the psychologist.
I kept things simply following the food plan, exercised, and stuck to the process.
I go to the gym regularly now. I never thought of myself as an “athletic” person,
But if showing up and putting in the work every day makes me one, then sure maybe that’s who I am becoming.
Living the Change
How do I feel now? Better. Lighter. Less tired. There’s no dramatic story here. Just small, steady changes.
Day by day, I began to feel better. I didn’t have to say it out loud; it showed in how my body moved, how my mind worked, and how my day unfolded.
When asked to sum up my FFD experience in one line, I didn’t have the words.
Not because it wasn’t meaningful, but because it’s hard to explain something so personal and gradual.
Reflections
I don’t have transformation photos. I’m not big on clicking pictures. Maybe because the change feels more internal than visual.
But I know I’ve changed. My body knows it. My energy levels tell me that every single day.
FFD wasn’t flashy or loud for me. It was structured, real, and most importantly it worked.
