My Weight Gain Story
I had been struggling with weight issues for a long time, mainly due to restricted mobility from severe shoulder problems. After undergoing arthroscopy and cuff repair surgery.
I was in a sling for nearly four months and couldn’t even manage basic tasks. Physiotherapy was painful and slow, and I’m now awaiting surgery for my other shoulder.

This long phase of inactivity caused my weight to climb beyond the 75–80 kg range I used to maintain. Exercise remains tough—yoga is my only option, limited to gentle poses. Even small efforts often trigger pain, making consistency difficult.
I’d never tried serious weight loss programs—just some home remedies like lemon water and cinnamon. As a foodie, those gave mild, short-term results but nothing sustainable.
How was FFD introduced and what made me choose it?
A friend of mine had joined FFD for her husband’s health. Watching her shed weight and transform her life was incredibly motivating. She insisted I try it too.
I had never heard of FFD before, but she described how simple and food-based the program was. That trust and her results pushed me to give it a try.

My Weight Loss Story
When I joined FFD, My weight was around 86–87 kg. In just four to five months, I lost 10–11 kilograms through structured dieting and mindful eating. Friends and relatives noticed the change, and I proudly shared, “I just follow the FFD food style—25% is more than enough!”
Then life changed—my 95-year-old mother-in-law needed constant care. Despite help, I was always on call, and my routine suffered. I try to fast or do one or two meals a day, but it’s hard to stay consistent.
Stress and early menopause signs—Like mood swings—have been draining. I haven’t started Inner Transformation sessions yet, but I should. Meditation, even briefly, brings me peace.
My journey has had ups and downs, but I’ve done it before—I lost 11 kg. I know I can do it again. The spirit to transform is still alive in me.
Thanks to all the experts for their invaluable support in my journey.
