My diabetes story

Around April 2010, I recall feeling worn out and down. I was also perspiring heavily. My doctor recommended that I take the tests that determined I had diabetes.

My brother has this disorder, but my parents do not.  Profession-wise, it was stressful to work in the Human Resources Department.

How did I get to know FFD?

I heard the term 'Diabetes Reversal'  from a Bangalore doctor. Then I searched on the internet and got to know about FFD.

What made me choose FFD?

Reversal story

I stick to all the protocols and began getting the results from day 1. My insulin of 37 units per day stopped within 1.5 months which was just amazing.

My diabetes medicines which were 4 reduced to only 1 after taking FFD treatment. My HbA1c has seen remarkable progress.  It was 12.5 when I joined FFD and now it has come down to 6.5.

Weight-wise, I lost 12 kg and reached my target weight in 6 months. My current exercise regimen consists of 4 days of the gym and 2 days of yoga.  I also go for walking if I get time.
