My Health Story

Working in the retail industry means long working hours and a busy schedule. Over time, my lifestyle became less active and my eating habits were not very disciplined.

Current Lifestyle & Reflection

One of the biggest learnings from this program was understanding food discipline.

Earlier, I would eat without thinking much about the impact it had on my body. Today, I know what to eat, when to eat, and what to avoid.

I have reduced sweets, become more mindful about tea and snacks, and follow a structured routine that includes walking, yoga, and cycling.
