I am Pradeep Moses from Gurgaon, Haryana.  I run an NGO.

My diabetes story

In 2021, I suffered from COVID.  Due to COVID, I developed high sugar and hypertension which led to a stroke. There is a history of diabetes in my family with both my parents and younger brother having it.

How did I come to know about FFD?

FFD was introduced to me through my sister who lives in Pune.

Why did I choose FFD?

I wanted to reverse my diabetes and improve my health.  With FFD, I saw hope.

FFD protocols are amazing.  The moment I began following them, I started feeling better. My diabetes medicines stopped within 3-4 months which was good.  I have never taken a single tablet for diabetes since then.

My weight loss of 15 kg has been just incredible.  I was at 92 kg and now weigh 77 kg.My HbA1c has also improved from 6.8 with medicines to 6.4 without medications.

On the exercise front, I try to exercise between 1.45-2 hours daily.  Dr. Malhar's session has made a good change.  I have joined a gym and it has become a part of my lifestyle now. Today, I am fit and enjoying my life with discipline and limits.
