My Diabetes Story
It was back in 2009 when I first started noticing unusual symptoms—constant thirst, excessive hunger, and frequent spells of feeling faint.
These changes were concerning enough to push me to consult my doctor. On his advice, I underwent some tests, and the results confirmed what I hadn’t expected at all—I had diabetes.
The diagnosis came as a complete shock, especially since there was no history of diabetes in my family. A year later, in 2010, I was also diagnosed with high blood pressure, adding another layer to my health challenges.
How was FFD introduced and what made me choose it?
One of my relatives introduced me to FFD, and seeing the incredible results they achieved truly inspired me. It gave me the confidence to take that step and join FFD's annual program HTP.

Reversal Story
The FFD team took the time to thoroughly study my case and created a personalized plan just for me.
Soon after, my sugar levels started stabilizing, and my medications were gradually reduced. My HbA1c came down significantly—from 7.8 to 6.5.
I also lost weight, going from 63 kg to around 53–54 kg, which has made me feel much lighter, fitter, and more energetic.
One of the most remarkable achievements was being able to stop my blood pressure medicines after nearly 15 years—within just 1.5 to 2 months of joining FFD.
While I do face a few limitations due to my knee replacement, I try to follow the recommended FFD exercises as much as I can.
I am truly satisfied with the progress I have made and deeply grateful to the entire FFD team for their expert guidance and unwavering support throughout this journey.
