My Diabetes Story
Around 7–8 years ago, I started experiencing excessive urination and sweating. At first, I thought it might be thyroid or a heart issue but blood tests revealed diabetes, with an HbA1c of 9.1.

I had been watching Dr. Pramod Tripathi’s videos and DRS sessions for years but could never take the final step due to family responsibilities.

My Reversal Story
When I joined FFD, my HbA1c was 7.1 on medication.
With disciplined implementation of food, fasting, and structured guidance my HbA1c came down to 6.5.
I lost 9 kg, Going from 74 kg to 65 kg, and could clearly feel my body getting lighter, less inflamed, more energetic.
Even small mistakes in food taught me how directly my body responds and that awareness has been a big learning.
