During the fasting period, I lost around 3–4 kg.
However, I also noticed that my energy levels dropped significantly.
I found it difficult to do my regular work or walk outside and mostly stayed at home because I felt uneasy.

My experience has made me believe that more people should learn how to manage diabetes through lifestyle changes.
I have seen how difficult it can be when people only keep increasing medicines without understanding how to manage the condition through their everyday habits.

My biggest learning is that finding the right guidance can make a difference.
I was introduced to FFD through a doctor's advice, and that guidance helped me take the first step towards becoming free from diabetes medicines.
