My diabetes story

It was during my pregnancy in 2013 that I came to know I had diabetes. My father and forefathers did suffer from the disorder, so there is a history. Luckily, I did not face any other critical problems except for needing to be on insulin. By the time I came to FFD, I was on 100 units of insulin.

My main source to know about FFD was Facebook.

What made me choose FFD?

I was already following FFD for 4-5 years but the final push was when I saw remarkable progress in two of my friends' health who were already associated with FFD.

Reversal story

I started my journey with full positivity. I followed all 4 protocols religiously and got unexpected results. My insulin stopped within one month which is just unbelievable.

It was the happiest day when I had to return my Insulin bottle back to the pharmacist as I no longer needed it. The cherry on the cake was when I got nominated in the category of "Insulin Terminator" for terminating the largest dose of insulin in the annual event of FFD named Muktotsav. 
                               
My four diabetes tablets were reduced to two with FFD's help which is also a great achievement. My HbA1c saw improvement from 10 down to 8. My 10 kg weight loss also has been good. I do go to the gym and do cycling on the exercise front.
