My Diabetes Story

With both parents being diabetic, I have a strong family history of the condition. The news of my diabetes, revealed in May 2022 through blood work reports, was not entirely unexpected but certainly unwelcome.

I started managing my blood sugar levels with medication, but I was determined to reverse the condition with proper guidance and support from knowledgeable individuals.

This determination led me to search for a holistic approach to managing my diabetes.

Additionally, hypertension was a problem which I have been facing since 1993.

What made me choose FFD?
