My Story
In November 2023, an infection for no apparent reason, led to some blood work which revealed fluctuating sugar levels. I had also developed hypertension. I was taken aback.
I had always led an active lifestyle, walked everyday, kept busy all the time...but there it was!
My HbA1c laughed away happily at 9.9! I decided not to simply accept the situation and move on. I wanted to understand the cause and reverse it.
How was FFD Introduced?
An internet search led me to FFD and the popular video of Dr. Sri. B. M Hegde praising Dr. Sri. Pramod Tripathi caught my attention. That was it! I enrolled for the FFD programme.
What made me Choose FFD?
The term 'Freedom' inspired me. After seeing several testimonies of people under the FFD programme, I was convinced that I can, I will. It was time to show that I was not only a passionate teacher, but a diligent learner too!
My loving family supported and encouraged my decision to join FFD to help me bounce back to good health. I enrolled immediately.

Reversal Story
An unforgettable, incredible journey, I must say. A personalized diet plan, a step by step exercise regimen, a very supportive and attentive doctor, a past participant as a mentor, and also an inner transformation expert, all working in tandem to help me in my journey to regain health and confidence, touched me and soon, wonderful results followed.
My HbA1c dropped from 9.9 to 5 in five months and my energy levels got better. Weighing 17 kg lesser than when I joined the program, I'm now definitely fitter and wiser. I had never seen the entrails of a gym, but now, I'm a regular at the gym.
I had never realized I had severe stress issues. Regular counseling and meditation sessions ,which are a part of the FFD programme, have immensely helped me become an optimistic person again.
I'm extremely grateful to Dr. Neha Sukhatankar, Dr. Divya Thota (my dietician), Dr. Purva Sawant (my exercise expert) ,Dr.Kavita Mody(my inner transformation expert), Dr. Pournima Kulkarni and my mentor, Smt.
