My diabetes story
A medical checkup done in 2021 revealed I had diabetes and took medicines for around one year for the same. I have a strong family history of diabetes with siblings, and grandparents all suffering from it.
I have also had to deal with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and high cholesterol. Another contributing factor to this metabolic disorder was my tendency to become stressed out over trivial issues.

FFD has discovered the real path to health. Their 4 protocols namely diet, exercise, inner transformation and medical are just superb.
My sugars began falling in place right from day 1. The medicine was reduced from 2 tablets to 1 and then completely tapered off.
My weight loss of 10 kg has been good. It came down from 82 kg to 72 kg. I would like to shed 10 kg of weight to be in a good BMI range.
My HbA1c level also improved from 7.9 to 6.5. I am still on medicines for cholesterol.
I like yoga and do it regularly. I also do cycling and occasional walking. My next plan is to include swimming back into my exercise regime.
