My Health Story
Post my COVID bout, I was on steroids for almost a year, which led to a massive weight gain of nearly 35 kg.
Despite trying self-regulation, I was unable to shed this weight. The excess weight started putting undue stress on my body.

My Reversal Story
I joined the program in April, weighing around 117 kg. By September, within a span of five months, I had brought my weight down to 107 kg.Due to city relocation and living in guest houses for some time, I couldn’t follow the protocol fully and gained back about 2–3 kg, bringing my current weight to 110 kg.
However, the process taught me something far more important than just numbers awareness. I now clearly understand how food, routine, and consistency directly impact my body.
Athletic Identity
