My Health Story

Post my COVID bout, I was on steroids for almost a year, which led to a massive weight gain of nearly 35 kg.

Despite trying self-regulation, I was unable to shed this weight. The excess weight started putting undue stress on my body.

While I could still walk, I was no longer able to run something that deeply affected me because I was a regular marathon runner before COVID.

My Reversal Story

I joined the program in April, weighing around 117 kg. By September, within a span of five months, I had brought my weight down to 107 kg.

Due to city relocation and living in guest houses for some time, I couldn’t follow the protocol fully and gained back about 2–3 kg, bringing my current weight to 110 kg.

However, the process taught me something far more important than just numbers awareness. I now clearly understand how food, routine, and consistency directly impact my body.

Athletic Identity
