12 Years of Diabetes Reversed in just 1 Month

There are so many factors involved in good health. We, as common people, do not have the slightest idea about them. I feel very grateful to GOD that I happened to meet FFD and learned so much!
I am Shailesh Nanubhai Talavia, a 56 years old Business owner of Shreeji Sales, doing business in Plywood, Laminates & Hardware. I am from the city of Oranges, Nagpur.
My diabetes was diagnosed in a full body check-up done in August 2009. The results were quite shocking as I was very young. It was difficult to digest the truth then.
Family history-wise, I do have a history of diabetes on my paternal side. My grandfather had diabetes. Though I love my work, there are definitely underlying stressors being a business owner. So these 2 points could have led me to be here.
I was never required to take insulin but was maintained on Metadoze IPR 500 (0-0-1-1-0) and Zeptin 20 mg (0-1-0-0-0) on a daily basis.
My sufferings did not end here. I was found to have high cholesterol and thyroid issues too in 2021. This was another big setback for me. Come what may, I wanted to find some solution to it and began my search.
I came to know about FFD through a general discussion with my friend, Mr. Ganesh Jaiswal. He had attended the FFD Diabetes Reversal program and was highly impressed with the whole 'Diabetes Reversal' concept.
I too decided to join FFD upon listening to his experience and attended the online session of Dr. Pramod Tripathi on 5th Jan 2021. Without a doubt, the immediate action was enrolment in a one-year program for my good health.

The program started by explaining the key points - protocols, sugar monitoring, and updating. We were explained what is hypoglycemia and what needs to be done when it happens. This was the most necessary information to start with, I think.
The FFD team is excellent, I must say. They guided me each and every time I needed them. Since I had thyroid issues, I was properly explained about food restrictions for hypothyroidism. Muscle-building exercises were taught at the right time of reversal which helped tremendously.
I had a few queries about the inner transformation concept. The inner transformation team came to my help here and explained to me the whole procedure, application, and uses of many inner transformation exercises. This phase was very enlightening for me.
My diabetes medicines stopped in just 1 month of joining FFD. And within the next few days, I became free of cholesterol medicines too. I am free of diabetes and cholesterol medicines now.
After I reached a satisfactory stage, I was explained about the glycemic ladder and GTT - the glucose tolerance test. I successfully cleared IGT and hope that I would clear GTT soon.
I am very happy with the progress.
