I first discovered my diabetic condition in 2000, which was 23 years ago. At the time, it was a challenging revelation as I was quite young.
In 2005, another health hurdle presented itself in the form of hypertension. Over the years, my blood sugar levels became increasingly difficult to manage, eventually leading to the need for insulin treatment.
When I joined FFD, I was taking 12 units of insulin along with oral medications. Additionally, I was also struggling with excess weight.
