I am Jayanta Panda an Engineer from Chennai. I work for an automobile company as Head Engineer in designing and development section. My job complexity is very high and it is very stressful.
My diabetes story
The year 2018 gave me the first blow. I was detected to have high blood pressure. The very next year I got to know about my diabetic status which was another bad news for me. I was forced to be on medicine.
Family history-wise, I do have a history of diabetes on my paternal side.I tried diet and exercise to control my sugar level but nothing helped much.
Post-COVID, all my parameters went haywire which was very disturbing and upsetting. I then decided to myself that come what may I would get out of this situation.
How did FFD happen?
