My diabetes story
In 2005, during a routine medical checkup, I received the diagnosis of high sugar levels, which came as an unpleasant surprise. At the time, I had been experiencing persistent fatigue.
The news was far from good, especially considering there was a paternal history of diabetes in my family. I was prescribed medications, like many others, but upon reflection, I believe they might not have been necessary, as I was on the prediabetic side of the spectrum.

My awareness regarding diet, exercise, and overall health has significantly improved. Despite experiencing various ups and downs, I've managed to keep my HbA1c under control consistently.
