My Diabetes & Health Story

I was diagnosed with diabetes during a company-sponsored health checkup. Though I had no symptoms initially, my family history (mother diabetic) made me conscious of future risks.

How I Was Introduced to FFD & Why I Joined

I learned about FFD through my company, L&T. My primary motivation for joining was to prevent diabetes progression and manage health proactively.

My Transformation Story

I started my journey at 73 kg, with an HbA1c of 6.4, and was already noticing the early warning signs of diabetes.

Simple activities like walking or climbing stairs left me breathless, and my kidney markers were concerning.

After joining FFD, everything changed. Today, I weigh 60–61 kg, my HbA1c has come down to 5.6, and my kidney and cholesterol markers have normalized.

I have also cleared IGT after 6 months of joining the program. 

Adopting a vegan diet and making lifestyle changes not only stabilized my weight but also improved my overall health.

I even completed two 9-day fasting challenges, which gave me a remarkable boost in energy and self-discipline. 

Alongside this, I discovered my athletic side, now I practice yoga regularly, can perform 24 Surya Namaskars in one go, and follow daily movement routines that keep me active, strong, and confident.

Through FFD, I discovered a whole new side of myself. I now practice regular yoga, complete Surya Namaskars, and follow breathing techniques that energize both body and mind.

My daily routine incorporates movement based on the 3:2:1 exercise schedule, which keeps me consistently active and strong. 

This journey has not only improved my physical endurance but also boosted my confidence and overall fitness, making me feel healthier and more capable than ever before.
