Hello all,

I'm Kajal Rakesh Chawda a 46 years young homemaker from Mumbai.

My diabetes story

I remember in the year 2015, my BP was fluctuating so I went to see the doctor.  He asked me to do certain blood tests,  which included sugar tests also. The test results were reflecting I had diabetes. Family history-wise, my grandmother had sugar. I experienced high BP, lethargy, and swelling in my shoulders.

How did FFD happen?

I used to follow Dr. B. M. Hegde. It was in one of his videos that I learned about Dr. Pramod Tripathi, a doctor from Pune who was doing good work in diabetes reversal.

What made me choose FFD?

I wanted to stop medicines for sugar control. The introductory webinar by Dr. Pramod Tripathi added to my confidence and I enrolled in Freedom from Diabetes type 2 diabetes reversal program - HTP immediately.

Reversal story

The 4 FFD protocols diet, exercise, inner transformation, and medical are the pillars of health.  I lived with diabetes for 5 years but did not know I would become free so early.

My diabetes medicines took only 10 days to stop which I felt was a dream come true. My weight loss of 5 kg has been good.  I feel active now. Though I was in my correct BMI I now realize what shedding excess weight means. I feel lively, active, and fresh.

Key quote

"Joining the FFD program has been the best decision of my life."
