My diabetes story
Everything was in order before Corona. After this, my blood sugar levels started to fluctuate. They occasionally reached 320.
Furthermore, I began to feel prickling on my feet, which was really unpleasant.
How did FFD happen?

I made significant shifts thanks to FFD. My reliance on tea, coffee, and curd could be broken. FFD helped me know myself better.
There has been a sizable loss of weight. I can now manage my anxiety. The FFD staff has been incredibly cooperative. I could easily communicate with them.
The pricking in the feet is still present but I am confident that it will go away as my health continues to improve.
