How to make a rajma cutlet?
Here is a cutlet recipe is as follows
- Cooked rajma – 2 cups
- Finely chopped onion and green capsicum – 1 cup
- Finely chopped parsley – 1 cup
- Besan – 2 tbsp for binding. Add more if needed
- Garlic paste – 2 t-spoons
- Black pepper powder – ½ t-spoons
- Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
- Crush the cooked rajma.
- Add all other ingredients.
- Make patties of this mixture
- Fry on the Tawa with less oil or shallow fry.
