For stuffing

Phutana dal or roasted gram dal – ½ cup

Roasted groundnut powder- ¼ cup

Grated coconut – 1 cup

Jeera powder – 1 tsp

Red chilli powder – 1 tsp

Lemon juice – 2 tsp

Rock salt as per taste




Mix all the ingredients for stuffing. Remove the tops of the bhindi. Give a vertical slit on each bhindi. Stuff it with the given stuffing. Arrange them on a plate and garnish with fresh coconut and chopped coriander
