Vishnu Vijayanath: How I went from 92 to 77 kg

Many claim to be specialists, but cannot prove it.  FFD is truly a specialist in what they say and mine is a good example of it. I am Vishnu Vijayanath, 41 years young, Service Engineer from Abu Dhabi.

Having no problems in life is also a problem. Isn't it strange? My life was pretty smooth with no mental stress, good financial status, and all. All this led to me being quite obese. 

I kept on putting on weight.  Finally, reached a peak of 96 kg with a very big stomach. This stage was the worst to handle. My friends used to always make fun of me saying that I will not be able to lose weight, ever.

I tried a lot of diet and exercise but the weight came down to 92 kg and stuck there.  I had started losing confidence, totally!

Then the first lockdown happened.  When I rejoined my office, I was surprised to see one of my colleagues Mr. Selvakumar.  He had an amazing transformation.

I just could not stop myself from asking him what magic he had done to himself.  He was very happy with my compliment and told me he had joined FFD which had made a real difference.  He gave me all the necessary information about FFD which made me visit their site.

Watching the videos of Dr. Pramod Tripathi was an eye-opener and I realized that this was the right place for me. FFD does not just work in the field of Diabetes Reversal but they help people reverse other lifestyle disorders like obesity, PCOD, high BP, cholesterol, etc.

I joined the 77th batch of HTP - Holistic Transformation Program with the sole aim of weight reduction. Little did I know at that time, that it was the beginning of the best phase of my life. 

I started with 92 kg. Strictly followed FFD Protocols with no cheat days, with 100% dedication. In the first 4 months, I lost 5 points in BMI and my weight came down to 77.  Going 5 points down the BMI value means a very big achievement.  Only FFD expertise could do this to me.

Wardrobe change was the next thing that I needed as -

• My T-Shirt size changed from XXL to L, that is, from 44 to 40
  
  
• My waist changed from 38 to 34.

I have chosen 'Gymmer' as my athletic identity. Getting a lot of appreciation in my office for this transformation.  Giving FFD details to each and everyone who is curious and interested.  My friends tell me they are proud of me.

My self-confidence and my energy levels are very high after my transformation. This is all because of FFD.
